Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all 50 states in the United States of America that does not prohibit any of our products. Please be advised of your local and state laws so we can be sure to remain within the laws of the land.

Orders processing time can take up to 7 to 10 days or longer due to the massive amounts of orders we are receiving. As we grow this time will shorten but as of right now most orders will take a minimum of 7 days processing time. Once we have the shipping and tracking information you will be notified immediately. All shipping will contain a packing slip and inspection of quality letter stating the shipment was inspected and verified of quality and inventory list of the order prior to the point of shipping to ensure we send you the absolute best quality of merchandise.

E-Liquid: Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on e-liquid that does not meet personal flavor expectations. Taste is a very subjective sense that will vary greatly from person to person. We highly recommend purchasing a small bottle from our site to determine if our e-liquid is a good match for your personal taste. In accordance with our strict Quality Control guidelines, returned e-liquid could never be re-used for any purpose, so will not be accepted.

Consumable Hardware: Consumable hardware such as atomizers, cartomizers and cartridges are non-refundable unless proven to be defective. You must report the defective product through by calling (812) 477 - 8273 within 24  hours of receiving the package.

The term shipping or ship includes the commencement of shipping items in an order for multiple purchases or where the item purchased consists of components that must be shipped separately. For example, your order may consist of (1) several different items, (2) a quantity of the same item, or, (3) a single item with several component parts the size of which might require them to be shipped in separate packages. In all such orders, we endeavor to ship out individual packages together so that they arrive at the same time; however, when that is not possible, we commence shipping by shipping individual packages in the order the soonest they are available and conditions permit. In these instances, our notification to you that your order has shipped, marks the time when shipping has commenced; it does not mean that all items in the order have shipped at that time. You agree that credit cards and debit cards are to be charged on the date of inventory reservation for the order, not the date of shipping.

All Orders will be shipped by the United States Postal Service and shipped the following business Day.

Privacy & Security
Please review our Privacy and Security Policy, which also governs your visit to the Site. To the extent there is a conflict between the terms of the Privacy and Security Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall govern.
Returns & Replacements

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS BUT POSSIBLE STORE CREDIT DEPENDING ON INDIVIDUAL CASE AND EVIDENCE.

FOR HARDWARE: Due to the nature of our products we cannot offer any type of refund. All sales are final. However in the event that a purchase has been made and we, Cool Breeze Vapor find that there is evidence of a defective product we will accept the product back in exchange for a replacement of defective equipment or of store credit of equal to or lessor value of defective merchandise for the price of new replacement at the time of the return. There is absolutely no refunds and all sales are final.

FOR E-LIQUID: Due to the nature of the e-liquid products there is absolutely no refunds or returns period. Once the sale is final on a bottle of liquid there is no way we can resell once it has left our store. So we do apologize but there is no refunds, returns or store credit exchanges for any of our E-Liquid.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered. Our Site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our Site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our Site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an Order Confirmation or a Shipping Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a pricing error.

On occasion, you may be able to place a product in your shopping cart and submit your order for processing, but your order is subsequently cancelled due to unavailability of product. You acknowledge that products may sell quickly and there may be a short period of time after an order has been submitted, but where the product is no longer available. You agree that we may cancel your order after you have received an Order Confirmation without penalty.

On very rare occasions, you may receive a Shipping Confirmation from us, but the product is no longer available in our or our inventory. You agree that we may rescind our acceptance and cancel your order without penalty if we are unable to ship the product you ordered due to unavailability.
